Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Flipkart Operations Intern to support day-to-day marketplace operations. The intern will work closely with the e-commerce and supply chain teams to manage listings, track orders, coordinate with warehouses, and support reporting activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to Flipkart marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Support Flipkart daily operations (BAU activities)

2) Track PO, GRN, RTV, inwarding, and dispatch status

3) Assist in catalog management, listing checks, and price updates.

4) Prepare and maintain MIS reports (sales, inventory, aging, returns)

5) Follow up on invoices.

6) Help in resolving warehouse scanning, label, and stock issues

7) Maintain proper documentation and process trackers

Skills & Requirements

1) Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

2) Strong communication and follow-up skills

3) Graduate / Final-year student (BSc, BBA, MBA – Operations)
