We’re seeking a seasoned Python Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in infrastructure engineering and a passion for building robust, scalable systems. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical depth, operational maturity, and a proactive mindset.
✅ Essential Experience & Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Development and automation (e.g., Python).
- Strong hands-on experience in Web UI development (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Angular).
- Strong hands-on experience in writing efficient SQL and work on relational databases like PostgreSQL / Azure SQL / Oracle, Transaction Management and Stored Procedure implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure), operating systems (e.g. Linux RHEL7+, Windows 2019+), and networking fundamentals.
- Strong working knowledge of authentication services (e.g. LDAP, Azure AD).
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure Engineering, with a background in software engineering, infrastructure, or operations.
- Calm under pressure, especially during incidents and outages, with a structured approach to incident response and post-mortems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across engineering and business teams.
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude, always seeking opportunities to improve systems and processes.
✨ Desirable Additions
- Familiarity with Git as source code repository operating in DevOps principles for task automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- An understanding of containerization (AKS), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience working in Java applications.
- Familiarity with core banking platforms.
