| Duties and Responsibilities |
• Automate process for identifying of content, Interface, Functional and performance issues on digital assets • Hand on experience to code on Selenium, Cucumber and other automation aspects • Ability to understand business requirements, designs including UX and Interface elements, ability to question and recommend solutions in this space • Ability to create Test scenarios, test cases and automate them including front end elements. Map this back to the business requirements to ensure that 100% coverage of testing is achieved • Create process automation streams by exploring RPA tools • Publish weekly/bi-weekly defect reports/dashboards with all the stakeholders • Identify correct testing strategy for automation of certain use cases • Create a quarterly testing plan based of specific requirement of different digital assets • Identify performance enhancement opportunities and define automation process around it • Strong orientation towards automation and ability to explore, identify and set up new automation processes • Complete understanding of STLC and ability to implement a working model for different websites • Hands on experience on customer facing website and creating end to end regression and smoke tests • Generating test reports on regular basis by defining scope of work with partners • Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence or Azure boards 2. QA Responsibilities and Processes • Ability to create Test scenarios, test strategy, test plan, test cases and automate them including front end elements. Map this back to the business requirements to ensure that 100% coverage of testing is achieved • Understanding of security, risk, and compliance management processes in the context of IT solutions delivery • Must be able to think beyond obvious and find out innovative ways to deliver in tight timelines and chaotic environments • Must be able to monitor and deliver key KPIs which will define a delivery and an account |
| Required Qualifications and Experience |
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION • 3 to 5 years’ experience in testing field with major focus on QA of digital assets like website / portals / Hybrid mobile application KEY TRAITS |
